SHIPPING TIME
Once you've placed an order, our team will carefully package your items. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to pick and pack your order. After we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery times vary depending on your region and item ordered and can range from 2-45 business days. If your order doesn't arrive within 18 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier. Please note that the estimated shipping times are just estimates, and delays can occur.
Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
